Prerequisites
Successful applicants are expected to have at least a 3.5 GPA from an M.S. program in a related field. Application must submit an electronic portfolio which will include cover a page, statement of intent/purpose, letters of support from employer and family, five letters of recommendation, portfolio of writing samples (statement of purpose counts as one writing sample), and complete curriculum vita. The Portfolio will also include a three to five minute digital video of yourself where you share (a) general information about yourself, (b) strategies that you have used to achieve career success to-date, (c) how the Doc@Distance program fits into your short, intermediate, and long-term career goals, and (d) details on how you plan to manage your time and priorities in order to successfully complete requirements of the degree program.
